TPM-Billing 1.7 is an inexpensive, easy to use Windows based practice management system for all medical practices. Key features include electronic claims in three standard formats, HCFA paper claims, plain paper claims, practice mangement reports. Electronic claims can be submitted direct to carriers such as Blue Shield, Medicare and Mediacid.

Billing:
* Create electronic claims in national standard format 2.0 for direct carrier   submission.
* Create electronic claims in ANSI X12-837 format for direct carrier   submission.
* Create electronic claims in HCFA print image format for submission to   clearinghouse.
* Create HCFA paper claims.
* Create plain paper claims.
* Create individual patient statements or print them for all accounts with   an open balance.

Practice management:
* Apply late charges to accounts over 30,60,90 or 120 days.
* Collections letters are easy to customize and can be created for   accounts over 30,60,90 or 120 days.
* Aging reports on all patient accounts also identify claims which have not   been submitted to carriers.
* Patient history reports list all patient transactions and indicate which   charges have been submitted/paid.
* Practice summary graphs show payments and charges over a twelve   month period.
* Summary reports total charges/payments by:
  Provider.
  Location.
  Procedure code.
  Patient source.
  Transaction type.
* Daily transaction summary reports total all transactions posted each   day.
* Daily claim summary reports total all claims created each day.
* Patient follow up reports list all patients not seen since a given date.
* Patient memo reports can be used to track S.O.A.P. notes or account   comments.
* Patient master reports list all patients along with their insurance carrier   and phone number.
* Procedure and diagnosis reports list all codes in the database.
* Payer master reports list all payers in the database.

The application will install to C:\TPMCHIRO. You may change the installation drive, but do not change the directory name.

Upon start-up, the system will ask you for a password. your initial password is 'password' .
